Refunds and Returns

At Cavellonero Perfumes, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality skincare, perfumes, and body care products. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return is requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance.
  • Gift cards or digital downloads.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@cavelloneroperfumes.com with the following:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item(s). Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was due to our error.

If your return is rejected (due to signs of use, damage, or not meeting eligibility), we will notify you and offer to return the item at your expense.


4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at support@cavelloneroperfumes.com with photos of the issue.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and offer either a replacement or a full refund.


6. Return Shipping Address

Returns must be sent to the address we provide via email once your request is approved. Please do not send items back without authorization, as we cannot guarantee a refund without a return authorization.
